Student Rental Requirements
1
Must have a Co-Signer
A parent or guardian must act as a guarantor to co-sign your lease.
2
Must be a Student
You must be a student that attends a college or university in the state of Maryland
3
Must have a valid Student ID
You need to have a valid form of identification issued by the college or university that you attend.

Residential Rental Requirements
1
Consistent Employment
Must be employed at your current job for a minimum of one year.
2
Prior Rental History
You must have a prior rental history and be able to show proof of it.
3
Must make three times the rent
Your monthly net income should be three times more than the cost of rent for the home you are interested in. (Must show proof with paystubs.)
